At TrinityMade, every item is created with care and purpose. Our apparel is made to order and fulfilled through trusted third‑party partners. Because each piece is produced on demand, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun. Each item is custom‑made for you.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will review your case and, if approved, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages
TrinityMade is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or delayed by shipping carriers. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, color, shipping address, etc.) are correct before purchase. We cannot modify or cancel orders once production has started.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future orders and additional dispute actions, including submission of proof of delivery and fulfillment.
