At TrinityMade, every item is made to order and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners. We take care in producing each piece of faith‑based apparel with quality and purpose.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During high‑volume seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note: These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows.


Free Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to a few days for tracking updates to appear, especially during carrier delays.


Delays

TrinityMade is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

These factors are outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, TrinityMade is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. TrinityMade is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


International Orders

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
